This image is named after the title of a novel from an inspirational writer;
namely the late ' Philip K Dick.'
After reading the story I think its working title, " With Opened Mind " reflects the subject matter far more than the published one. Hence I have constructed a multi- layered image in an attempt to reflect the content and both its titles.
It is also very much influenced by the prevalent CCTV presence,
in London especially, continually monitoring your every move;
" Big Brother Is Watching You!" ;-)
